possibility of having gradline overlays for maps
Possibly.. I’ll look into it. I’m also looking into see how difficult it is to port the program to Droid and Iphone. Right now you can’t add a grid.. But I bet we can add that.

possibility of having gradline overlays for maps
I hunt on a club located on a timber company lease.  The area is rough............some of the folks have been hunting there for over 30 years but most hunters don’t know the area and only hunt for a few days a year.   Stand locations and deer drives have acquired names over time the problem is that the majority of the hunters don’t know specifically where the stands and drives really are.The question is it possible to have a grid overlay say of 100 yards that could go over a map?  That way every grid could have a locator alpha and numeric locator.  The grid could be further broken down when giving the location to a person say being put on the "old rock stand" in quadrant A of grid F-17.A map could be printed and given to the hunters a the scale which would include the most features in a specific stand, and or drive.  Given the fact that this lease has zero food plots the majority of the hunting includes drives. Will Connor   Marcellus NY   wilcocsc     wilcocsc@aol.com

We have a small 4 member hunt club and are leasing land for the deer season. Is there a way that a calender can be shared iva the internet on a site or saved as a file to place as a document on something such as gmail.

No options for MAC users?
The problem is.. None of the developers has a Mac.   If I could find an emulation program that was reasonably cheep, I would consider it. There are windows emulators  you can get for the mac that are free. You could download a windows emulator for your mac and then you would be able to run our software on your mac.

No options for MAC users?
Just was wondering if you could set up the software for updated and current MAC users? Windows won’t work for us and I would love to participate in your program.Thank you for your time, BigChuck.

You can get a Man Kung crossbow from the website here:
link

It is totally camo and costs only $199.99 plus free shipping. The estimated speed is 300 FPS. You can see a performance video on that page too.

Is this a mechanical self-cocker your speaking of or the mechanism that holds the string in the cocked posistion (when I cock a crossbow I use both my hands and pull the string in place)?

I’m not sure how you get that stastic, but there’s no way you are able to shoot that speed with 150lbs limbs. I know that this is the poundage MK is using because they are buying limbs from another supplier in Taiwan.

What model are you using anyway? Did you add another 10" barrel the the bow?

MK is cheap and good to use, just look out for the cocker, it’s not very durable. I have several customer complaining about this.

Thanks for the information!  Please let me know what you end up with for your final selection on the arrow and broadhead combination.  If you find that the bow does not shoot consistent please let me know; other wise I’m going to get one and try it.

About what price range should I expect to pay for one of these crossbows?
Its on ebay and it is $205.00 everyday and shipping is $29.00.  I didn’t see much variation.  Im still working on the right combonation with shaft size and braodhead wieght.  I do honoestly believe that the 20" 2219 is going to be my best bet for the most outstand performance.

My biggest concern is: does the crossbow shoot consistently (no variation caused by the crossbow)?

If I reamember right, it shoots at about 312 with 2219’s, 17" long.  I talked to the manu. and they told me that I would gain better speed using a carbon arrow.  I have archery hunted many years, and even my compound is set low.  I like a slower arrow because it is way more forgiving then the fast ones.  I have never had a deer squat or jump one of my arrows.  If I get it crono’ed, I’ll be sure to let you know.

I have just purchused a off brand crossbow and would like to say that I have saved a lot of money.  The Man Kung crossbow is awesome. It has all the looks of a brand name crossbow, but the price is outstanding. I bought it on ebay. I bought the totally camo crossbow and with some minor assembly it was ready to hunt with.  It came with everything but a carring case.  Please let me know if any of you have seen this, or own one and let me know what you think?  BamaHunter.
