Need help
We here at DeerDays have set you up a new Gold Membership Key today for a full year.  All you should have to do is login to DeerDays.com and you’ll see your new key; just enter it in the program when it prompts for it.  Please let us know right away if you have any issues.  Thanks.

Export Data???
The club Sync method is good advise!  Also you can download the DeerDays solftware from the DeerDays web site to the new computer and then get your key from your DeerDays login screen (the program may prompt for it at some point) and then transfer/copy the files from the older computer to the new computer (this method may take some tech help from a local IT support person unless you’re good at this sort of thing).

Need help
We finally found it!  It appears that you did not get a confirmation from PayPal.  We see only one of these in a long while; usually the program was exited before PayPal gave the confirmation.  We need to issue you another key.  For your trouble we will expand the subscription.  Someone from DeerDays will email you or use private messaging via DeerDays (or both).  Thanks for your persistence and patience!

Export Data???
you can do it using the club login. then you can sync with the deerdays.com on the software and then sync to your new computer. the club login is free, its designed for people that share data.Post Edited by: brent

auto fill of weather
We at DeerDays.com have found that our third party weather provider has discontinued the service without notifing us.  We are currently looking into other sources for this service (I for one hate putting in this data manually when the computer can fill it for me).  Once a new weather source has been secured this function will be restored unless a suitable source cannot be found.  Thanks for supporting DeerDays!
