We are only interested in improving our formulas so that everyone can hunt smarter. What we do collect: - Sighting times
- Harvest times
- Weather Conditions
We do not collect anything posted in the calendar. If your times are hand typed on the calendar and not in the sightings form or the harvest form we do not collect it. With the data that we have collected with our software we are able to improve the formulas further. Our next release will include time ranges that will tell you what part of each day you are more likely to see deer. To ensure the quality of the product we test for about one year. We are on our final months of testing and it seems to be very accurate. If you have anymore questions please feel free to email us or post on the forum.

In other words, is Deer Days 2.1 using the information that I input about my field observations getting fed back into a larger database for improvements to future software releases? If so what type of information and what can I do to improve the end product from my field observations? Thanks for a great product and keep up the outstanding effort. |
