auto fill of weather
It is now September 2016. Has there been any advancement in resolving the autofill option for the weather? This is actually a very nice feature when it worked.

some tips about hunting turkey.....
Turkey hunting in the fall is quite different from hunting turkeys in the spring. For one thing, it is not breeding season so turkey calls are not of as much use. In the fall, turkeys separate into groups of hens and poults or groups of gobblers. If you see one hen, you are not likely to see a gobbler in the entire flock. Turkeys tend to stay down in the open fields eating bugs until a hard freeze. They will then migrate up into the hardwood forests for beech nuts, acorns, etc. You can determine when this has happened by locating turkey scratchings in the leaves. If you know where they are roosting and where they are feeding, you can position yourself between the two areas. If you walk in too close to their roost, they will hear you and avoid you when they fly down.  Hunting is allowed all day long within designated hunting hours. Again, turkeys harvested must be checked-in at a checking station. Try M.A.D,s Growl call (clear mouth piece with removable black tube). When tube is off it is your normal grunt call, with the tube on it is an awsome grunt call for mature bucks. Very, very easy to use needs little air movement to make it work. Another you might want to check out is Primos,s Buck Roar, Great sounding grunt and it comes with the snort-weeze option. You get a small DVD with both showing how to use them and they also show you the deer making these sounds in the wild.

I don’t know the model of the call anymore but I do remeber the manufacturer. HS was the people that created it. I remeber this because when I went to buy I thought to myself that I had always liked their turkey calls so I would try out their deer call as well. When I went searching on e-bay I was looking at the pictures but none of them resembled mine.

I will suggest the true talker to my dad hopefully he will find it as useful as you have. I have tried the can calls too and they sound like a fawn to me :). I guess I am too picky.

Sorry it took so long to get back with you I was out of town for the weekend. First weekend of gun season around here. I didn’t get one but I passed 3 legal bucks 2 of which I called in :).

yes i also have used a hands free grunt tube, the one with the hose and you pin it on but i found it not to work all the time or sound like a mature buck , i mainly used it to stop a deer for a shot, for grunting i use the true talker, for that low tone grunt of a mature buck that is all i use it for, i use a primos can call for the doe sound . which works very well. it may seem like alot of tools in my game bag of tricks but i like to make sure as well as you do, the sound meens everything to me.

I’ve used the True Talker (the one you have to use your hands with) and I cannot seem to get it to be consistant from one call to another.  I didn’t know about the hands free one have you tried it?
