auto fill of weather
It is now September 2016. Has there been any advancement in resolving the autofill option for the weather? This is actually a very nice feature when it worked.

some tips about hunting turkey.....
Turkey hunting in the fall is quite different from hunting turkeys in the spring. For one thing, it is not breeding season so turkey calls are not of as much use. In the fall, turkeys separate into groups of hens and poults or groups of gobblers. If you see one hen, you are not likely to see a gobbler in the entire flock. Turkeys tend to stay down in the open fields eating bugs until a hard freeze. They will then migrate up into the hardwood forests for beech nuts, acorns, etc. You can determine when this has happened by locating turkey scratchings in the leaves. If you know where they are roosting and where they are feeding, you can position yourself between the two areas. If you walk in too close to their roost, they will hear you and avoid you when they fly down.  Hunting is allowed all day long within designated hunting hours. Again, turkeys harvested must be checked-in at a checking station. Every winter several of the sportsmens clubs here in PA have coyote hunts, half of the regostration fees go to the first place winner with the heaviest coyote. Some of the cash prises have exceeded $5000.00 already. I have not had any luck at it yet. I use electonic calls, most of the winners are all hunting with shotguns and dogs, they run them just like rabbits.

Gutshot, that’s a pretty coyote, he’ll make a good mount!  We have gotten so many of them here that when you turkey hunt the coyote is the first thing that comes in to your call.  I have already bagged a coyote on the first day of our bow season.  I did a young estrus doe call and the within a few minutes a coyote came sneaking right under my stand.  I think after the season is over we are going to have to have a major coyote hunt to cut them back some!

Well welcome to Deer Days, sounds like your season is off to a good start.   In southern maryland our muzzleloading season was a little wet and windy, out of the week there were only a couple of good hunting days.  Use to shoot a lot of coyotes in south tx.....  we don’t have any here in southern maryland YET!!!

Hello, Im Tom from PA (aka Gutshot) I love to hunt and fish. Hunting is my passion, and fishing gets me through the off season. I have already taken a coyote and a doe in PA with my T/C Omega, muzzleloader. I was really excited, it was my first coyote, and to take it with a muzzleloader just takes the cake. Will have some pictures when I get it back from the taxidermist. Go Steelers
